Unstable quality

I have ordered these seals several times and the quality does not match. Sometimes they are great! However, sometimes they are very sticky and pull/irritate the delicate skin under the eyes. The last batch I ordered, each pair was sticky and uncomfortable leaving marks on the skin.

False advertising! The product did not come at all like the picture from the outer packaging to the eye patch. The color of the spot was not white, but rather transparent, off-white. Has little contrast to natural lashes making it difficult to see clearly when applied seamlessly. Seller, you must post an accurate photo of the product you are selling! It's "bait and switch" big time! I will never buy from this seller again.

upset. - Gels

A bit disappointed because as much as I like using these eyecups for eyelash extensions, more than half of my clients complain about itching and irritation. I've stopped using them, but I feel like I wasted my money and have so much left that I can't use.

Mold! Beauty & Personal Care

I've been using these eye pads for about 3 years without any problems. Black mold has grown on my last two orders. I'm so frustrated considering I subscribe to them monthly with no problems and now I don't trust them.

. It's been about 3 months now and I loved them at first but now they seem to be losing theirs.

UPDATE: I was so pleasantly surprised when the seller contacted me about my review and how best to resolve my dissatisfaction with the product. I explained to them what happened and why I was disappointed and they suggested trying the product again. Not only was I happy with their efforts to get and actually communicate with happy customers, but I was happy with the new product. I got. I'm not sure if I had a bad batch or if it was an environmental factor, but I'm a lot happier with this batch!

Good. But beware of mold!

I've been using these eye pads for eyelash extensions for about a year. Holds the lower lashes well and moisturizes the skin under the eyes during the procedure. However, more than once I have opened a new packet of pads and found mold growing on them. This has happened about 3 times already. It's really rude and unsafe for customers to have this around their eyes. I've just ordered 100 more packs, none of them have mold, won't buy again.

I use these for eyelash extensions and they work great. My only problem is that some customers find the gel annoying. If it's too close to the eye, the gel will be squeezed out and can disturb the whites of closed eyes.

I've bought these before with no problems so I literally went to my past orders and clicked 'reorder'. My first client I had an argument with said she was itchy and I thought nothing of it.
