These are the best burp cloths. My 1 month old has reflux and spits up all the time. I bought some burp cloths from Target. You don't even compare. PLUS: The shape fits my neck perfectly. Big enough to catch saliva coming down the front or back. at the cost i hesitated to buy them. So I bought one to try it out. I liked them so much I just bought another set and another one for my sister due out in April. If you don't want to buy a set, they are also sold in separate packages.

I'm glad I have these but I don't think they're really needed. Aesthetics are more important than functionality. The design is very attractive and I use these bibs to put under my baby's head to catch the saliva and create a nice backdrop when I take a picture. The bib's contour is ideal for shoulder wear, so it holds up better than a towel. They are good quality but I doubt their absorbency. It takes some time for the liquid to be absorbed. These are very thick bib fabrics that can also be used as a bib. They are big - my baby's were gigantic (we didn't use them as a burp cloth until he was a year old as he hadn't eaten much until then). They really bunch up after washing which is nice.
