With this I made a "wall of hats" out of my hats. Since I was gluing them to the drywall, I added a few strips of 3M Clear Command to the glued part. It works great and they look fantastic.

Even though I cleaned and dried the wall surface, it just doesn't stick. They keep falling and all I'm trying to hang up is my cowboy hats. Nice looking product and easy to use but it doesn't get the job done.

Holds great, holds my hats great. However, the advice; Make sure you know where to put them because if you have to take them off, they'll take the paint off if you put them on a painted wall! In general, the purchase is satisfied.
