I bought these for my student who has to wear a band aid for 3 months. It's disappointing that half the patches don't stick at all. The ones that stick start peeling off after a few hours. We had better luck with the caps that covered one of the lenses on his glasses.

My grandson loves patches and drawings, but the glue is not very comfortable on the skin. They stick too tight and are quite painful to remove and leave marks on my grandson's face where they were glued. Some comments mention a time limit of 6 hours and that should help, and that whites turn on and off more easily than darker ones. I found THAT correct.

They have the full coverage needed to treat amblyopia and are easier to apply to the skin when removed at least 6 hours after wearing. One day the teacher put it on my son's other eye and when he came home we took it off, he was crying because his skin hurt. BUT, if he wears it every 6 hours, he takes it off with no problem, but it won't come off on its own. If you really want to cure amblyopia I would definitely recommend them.
