OK for the money: Athletic

Okay, first off, I'm not a baseball player. It never was, never will be. I bought it to mow the lawn. Read on, because there is a method to my madness. My new house has a very steep slope that is too steep for my tractor and requires a push mower to mow. I kept slipping in sneakers or other boots. So I asked the community on the lawn forum how I should cut my lawn. Almost everyone advised me to buy a pair of baseball boots. So I did. They work great! Now for the shoe review, as someone said in…

Pros
  • Shaft measures approximately 6-12 inches from arch
Cons
  • Secret

The foot doesn't even fit in the shoe!

Very strange cleats, I've never seen them. The tongue isn't separated from the rest of the shoe, so you can't "open" it to put your foot in. leg in. This may work for elastic water shoes, but will NOT work for baseball boots. My son couldn't even put his foot in the shoes to try them on and he has a very narrow foot. I'm not sure who they will work for?!

Pros
  • Stealtrax sole, textile lining
Cons
  • Damaged

Let's see how long they last - first game shows unpleasant wear

Slightly narrower than expected for 10.5 but decided to try these. The only issue is how long they will last considering the wear and tear during my first game with these cleats on the inside of the front of the toe. I have never used hard bait on my boots but these need to be reinforced. UPDATE: After playing 3 holes, a little more opened up. You definitely need glue. Something to consider before deciding on a pair of boots. Nothing against the seller, I think it's just an Adidas thing.

Pros
  • Non-marking Ironskin toecap, textile upper
Cons
  • Too dull
