I originally ordered these as regular casual shorts for my kids and was shocked at how thin and skinny they were and shorter than expected - then soccer season started and my kids were playing afternoon games in 90 degrees and full sun and I finally got them - a great replacement for the cheap non breathable shorts that come with the uniform - if you think these are adidas casual shorts at a bargain price you will be very disappointed. We have black ones and you can't see anything through them,

It was very thin, poor quality material. Sizing was too tight although within advertised age and height. Very disappointed

I'm sure they will fit on the court with leggings underneath but they are see through and I can only let my son wear them at home. To return.

Although these shorts are very, very transparent, for the money I was decently satisfied. You could definitely see the panties through the white pair. These were good casual shorts for my 9 year old almost 10 year old. We have size XL. He's about 4'10 inches and 114 pounds.

These shorts were for my son's soccer practice. When I opened the box I just laughed. I don't recall seeing shorts anywhere that were actually see-through. Not transparent and light, but translucent. It would be perfect if my son tried to look like Chippendale. However, since he is 13 years old, we won't do that; We will be returning these shorts which I hope originated as a joke gift.

Bought for a 6-7 year old kids football shirt. Even after reading the reviews, I still took them and honestly had no problems with their visibility. I had red ones and because they were lighter I was afraid they would show through but that wasn't a problem. We also ironed the number and it took up well and held up well throughout the season.

I have read other reviews saying they are very thin but figured there shouldn't be such a bad thing about buying black. They are very thin, I couldn't do that - my daughter's underwear would show through them. The only suggestion if anyone is staying is to wear spandex shorts underneath. Unfortunately they were returned.

Great fit! They are true to size and feel comfortable. However, they are completely transparent. You couldn't necessarily see underwear, but you could definitely see through the legs. I returned them. They weren't worth the $9 I paid for them because my son can't wear them anywhere but at home.

My daughter is 7 years old, she is lanky. I bought medium shorts for her basketball class. Pink is a nice pink and not transparent. I have 2 problems - the length is a bit short. The medium size fits loosely on it, but I can tie the laces inside to make it tighter. I also had another order for a small size but it was too short for her legs. So it had to be returned.

There is no way I can fit my 8 year old daughter in this on the basketball court unless I'm wearing cycling shorts underneath! So disappointed! I bought 2 different sizes. Small for my 7 year old who is 44 pounds and medium for my 8 year old who is 65 pounds. Both fit perfectly.
