We bought three of these and one of the levers broke after about three months of use. Now when someone sits in it, it just goes down to the lowest level and goes up again when you get off it. A little annoying. Also, as expected, these aren't the most comfortable stools (pretty much by design). I still like them simply because they are cool looking stools that fit our style perfectly.

Like the style, size etc. 2 of these received, 1 broken and the wound doesn't stay in place. Pneumatic hose did not close. Easy returns and exchanges. A new one came, worked for 10 minutes, after which it lost the ability to be fixed in place. Send back the first, leave the second. It works with our counter in the lowest position, but when it's not busy it's higher than the other. I keep it just for the style. We make it work. Maybe buy something else.

I love these chairs! They are so cool, the unique style is definitely an eye-catching thing. I like the leg rests, they move up and down smoothly and feel solid. I'm not worried that they might fall and break due to their weight and large base. Assembly only takes a minute!
