I got this pillow because it seemed like an ingenious idea with the different layers. After nursing 3 babies previously I still didn't have a great nursing pillow so I was hopeful this would be "the one.". However I can't seem to get my 2 week old baby to lay comfortably on it no matter which side I use or how many layers are in. As a plus sized mom, the famed Boppy doesn't fit around me, at all. This is just amazing. I took out the two inserts and I never clip it behind me, but it is perfect for breastfeeding. I work from home and baby wants to be in mommy's arms constantly. So I currently have her laying on it in my lap while I'm typing this review. I can work without issue and she can sleep with mommy. Win/win!

This is a must have for new breastfeeding moms. I have the Boppy nursing pillow but it was hard to get the position just right and it wasn’t elevated enough for my newborn. I love the comfort it gives on your legs with the built in pillow on bottom but the sturdiness of the top for baby to not sink while feeding and the fact that if needed you can take a layer out to lower pillow size. its very thick! which is super helpfull in order to not bend your back at all! better than my breast friend for sure. only thing i would improve is the back strap which does not close small enough and the strap is too smooth so while wearing it it slowly slides looser and looser. so the back support could be better, but it does work - its tight enough to even stand up and walk around with the baby on it (supported by you obviously). just need to tighten the strap on each use. also my baby loves

The pillow had a dirt smell which made me hesitant to let my child lay on it while nursing. Also it's huge, even after taking out two layers out it was still too big for my baby to rest comfortably.

I’m loving this nursing pillow. The combination of soft and firmer layers makes it perfect to nurse. I like the firmest section on my legs and the baby on the softest. The height is perfect for me (5’3” and skinny) so the baby is right at breast level. I’m not hunching or struggling while feeding.The fabric is soft and the strap with its wide pocket thing is so comfortable. I’m glad I chose this over the my breast friend because it’s so much more versatile given it’s adjustable.
