broke after one use

I am very disappointed that I only managed to use this tripod once. Broke after one use! Not the best product. waste of money.

There were no directions.

I hope I assembled everything correctly as this item came disassembled and came without instructions. Otherwise I am satisfied with the purchase.

Not for anything heavier than a phone

The flexible stand is great but had trouble holding the mini projector when the cable was tied to it. He would fall. Otherwise it worked great.

My Art Videos Made Easier

Very helpful to me as an artist! It was an easy install and the metal/material is heavy, thick and really good quality. It can hold my phone without bending or falling off because the bar that lifts the phone is very strong. I'm glad I bought this, it's made my life easier to make timelapses and videos!

Very good customer service and I feel bad I mixed up this review with another one

yikes. I accidentally mixed up this tripod with another one because I keep trying them out for my phone. It's really cool because you can bend and twist it. Too big for me for what I need it for and all the ones I've tried keep pressing the phone's side buttons, one I've tried even cracked my screen. That was cool. Anyway it's cool I think whoever ordered it will love it, just check the height and other measurements so you know and don't order the wrong one.
