We use it in the shower. We have shelves full of bath products and they're holding up pretty well. Just make sure you line it properly before you apply it, it's hard to remove if you mess up.

My wife wanted a shelf for shampoo, shower gel etc. We used to have a shelf that hung on the shower head. It was always crooked, causing the bottles to fall. This was done in no time at all and the contact pieces stuck to the tiled wall quite well. We placed the new shelf higher to avoid 95% water contact. The only problem is how long the contact material sticks to the wall. We only used the large shelf so we have a spare shelf. Each shelf requires 2 contact pieces and there were 5 in the box.

Good quality but hooks/clips could be stronger or tighter. I noticed that enough weight towards the front of the shelf can move the back up and out of the hook/clip holding it. I simply put a heavier bottle of shampoo or conditioner in the back to keep it in place. The installation also proved to be more complex than expected.
