Good Easel For Kids, Causal Use

VOCHIC Tabletop Easel for Painting Large Wood Drawing Board 16.8 " x 12.5 " Adjustable Desk

Love this table for art work. its just the riht size for my light stand and artwork. Its adjustable and will tilt to the angles i need . Does not have a wood base only a frame but that can be enclosed with a light weight Balsa Wood from Hobby Lobby and 4 screws which is what we did. Its light weight i can move it to sofa or bed or recliner or even my motorhome. Ideal for me any where i go.

not for those who put a lot of pressure on their work surface

I like this a lot- it's quite nice, I like the large flat surface to work on and I like how even when it's opened up and standing upright, it doesn't take up too much desk space, like my tabletop easel can.The one issue I have with this is that if you put a lot of pressure on the work surface as you are drawing/painting/etc., the easel will start to slip out of upright position and slide back towards being flat. I tried tightening the screws VERY tight to prevent this and sometimes it works and

Arrived broken twice!

Bought one, arrived broken, returned and had another sent, broken again. Won’t try again! Was excited to get this for my daughters best friend who loves art and very disappointed.

Great tabletop option

I'm definitely not a professional artist but I love to dabble. The easel is a great addition. It holds my watercolor blocks and spiral pads with ease so I can paint looking ahead vs down. It is simple to set up. and it holds the angle well. I have also used it as a lap desk for my computer.
