Present Everything was exactly as advertised, no damage was found and I have had no problems with my PS4 since fitting. Please make sure this is the correct power adapter for your PS4 before purchasing. Check if your PS4 already has a 4 or 5 pin power adapter. And check the bottom of the console to see the correct one.

I bought these on 2/8/2020, now 4/21/2020. The PSU died (therefore lasted about 3 months). I have a PS4 and I use Oops. It's the same model of UPS that I use for my computer (which I've had for about 7 years), so I'm pretty sure the UPS isn't the problem. I suspect there could be something else with the PS4 that is burning the PSU, but I'm not sure what it could be.
