Adult Buzz Lightyear Costume Kit - Transform Yourself With Disguise! Review

Straps are definitely small for an average size adult, but we just used safety pins to attach to the shirt. Worked great from there.

The wings worked well for a costume but the straps are way too small for an adult. I'm an average size female and there is no way these would fit on a man. I ended up adding string to extend the length of the straps. I also needed to take them off a few times to re-inflate them. On the flip side, the gloves were HUGE and had to be sewn to stay up. I didn't even bother with the headpiece, but for the price, this was a good addition to my costume.

I don't know how skinny this model is in the pick, but those wings are going to need some modifications to strap on properly. Outside of that, it looked great & got a lot of comments from party goers

The hood and gloves are great, but the elastic on the wings is very short and tight. I just added pipe cleaner to the elastic to make the wings wearable, but decided not to wear them. I wore the hood and gloves for a full marathon and got lots of compliments :)

This was exactly what I needed for part of my Halloween costume, going as Buzzed Light Beer. I figured going into it that I would have to rig something up with the jetpack to make it fit. I'm 6'3 and a big guy. I was a little surprised to find that the jetpack wouldn't even fit either my Mom or little brother, and how poorly the straps connect together and how thin they are. But oh well, that is easily remedied. The gloves and head covering fit phenomenally. Quite excited to debut the costume…

Opened box then opened plastic package, the inflatable wings were punctured also the air spigot and package was as well. Had to wait a long time for package to arrive only to not be able to use it for Halloween. Haven’t been refunded yet either. Not a good purchase or experience.

This costume worked great however you have to be careful with the elastic straps to hold the jetpack on they are poorly done. We used safety pins through the border margins of the plastic and pinned it on worked great. Other than that its a inexpensive way to be Buzz and the kids enjoyed it.

You get what you order. Inflatable wings, gloves, and the purple hoodie. For me personally, the gloves were too small, but that could also be because I have big hands. The wings started deflating after a couple uses, and the back strap was way too small for me, I needed help putting it on. I got a lot of laughs wearing the costume so I guess it looked funny on me. Worth the price.

I ordered this for my husband who is 5'11", 200 lbs and has a bulky upper body. The wings fit him fine without and alteration. The gloves and head part fit fine too. Not sure why the other reviewers complained about it being child size. He got plenty of compliments from everyone.

It's okay if you get it on sale and need it in a pinch but be prepared to be able to put the straps on another way because the straps broke the second I tried to put it on. Also, I don't think that this would fit someone taller than me very well since I am 5'3" and the wings looked small on my back, I can't imagine someone who was much taller.

Very cute but broke the first day I wore it. I didn't break it but my boss decided he wanted to try it on and his shoulders broke the wings. He isn't even that big and this is for an adult so wouldn't recommend for buff dudes.

Costume's a big hit but the wings wouldn't fit without some modification. I took a 3 foot elastic strap that was leftover and cut it in half and then safety pinned it to the straps to make them longer so they would fit. Works perfectly now.

Took time to blow which is as expected and sort got in the way lol but very cute and fit well with the buzz light year costume

I had pretty low expectations, because I’m familiar with how cheaply made these things are. The wings do not extend out straight, but rather droop down because it’s all just an inflatable piece of plastic. My biggest disappointment is the gloves. I understand the one size fits all mentality, but I’d be scared of anyone who’s fingers were actually long enough to fill out the gloves. You can kind of pull the excess material down to make them look like they’re fitting, but they work themselves…

Costume purchased to use at our church's Trunk or Treat. I wanted something easy to wear and move about. I paired it with a white shirt and red pants. It was a HUGE hit with kids of all ages! Super easy to put on and lasted comfortably for the two hours of our event.

Super super cute! For being just gloves, headpiece, and wings… my husband got the most compliments! Very cute if you want something easy and fun!

After slipping on this purple hood and becoming Booze Lightbeer girls will instantly flood to you. They Love the "Buzz with a dad bod" style you bring to the party. I would strap your jetpack to a backpack that can double as a cooler and let your Buzz continue all day. We have found that this costume works best with beers such as Natty Ice, Keystone, and PBR but if you're rich and want to throw a few buds, coors or miller lites in there we say more power too you. Awesome costume! Just don't expect a shirt or pants in the package. It is only gloves, head cover, and inflatable wings. I got a lot of compliments on the outfit and think you will to!
