Plug works but USB doesn't. I received two of these less than 3 days ago. The other seems to work. But one is broken. I hope the seller sees this and is willing to send me a replacement and update my rating based on their actions.

It doesn't really charge the electronics. The outlets work fine, but so far nothing I've plugged into the USB has charged. I received a satisfaction email from the seller after the purchase, I reported this to the seller. No feedback. You must skip this product.

Bought this on a lightning deal - looked smart and useful. Well it was helpful for starters and worked pretty well. While the outlets have been working fine for the past few days, the USB has stopped. power for each device. At first I thought it might just be some devices that require higher voltage, but now even my regular flip phone won't charge. It looks good if it has been working for a little more than 3 months.

Worked for me as advertised. This is a fortification; I'm not sure why Revain thinks this is for travel other than that there are travel versions of these products. I like that it works. It has a protection indicator that shows that the overvoltage protection for the three outputs is active. It also has a similar backlight for 4 USB outputs. I went with the 4 USB port model so I can get rid of 4 USB chargers and leave 3 AC ports. Kitchen Excellent value for money.

Got this, glad it has room to charge phones and ipods and keeps them off the floor as it has a handy shelf. However, I have found that while regular 3 or 2 pin plugs will work with this charger, the USB ports will not properly charge anything plugged into them. I don't know if they don't work at all or just get less power, but my old clamshell phone wouldn't charge, and neither would my daughter's iPod. It's kind of a big bummer, especially since I have it in the back of my mind specifically…

USB charging ports stopped working after about a year but we relied on this as a travel charger so it could have failed sooner if it was running continuously would have been used. I wouldn't buy this again. 20180731 UPDATE: After I posted the above review, the seller contacted me and replaced the defective unit and I verified that the USB charging function was working again. I also put the old device on the oscilloscope and noticed that pins 1 and 4 of the USB ports have a 0 Vdc difference…
