I love this French press. I've been using a branded press for many years until recently the carafe broke. The replacement was out of stock so I stumbled across this one and decided to give it a try. I love it! So much tastier and cheaper! than the ones I've been using all along. The sieve is really good so it filters out fine grist. It has an additional filter on the nose. He is light. And the press is really smooth. I am very happy with my purchase and will stick with this French Press brand!

In my 60's I enjoyed this new (to me) way of making a cup or two of coffee. The product video was a bonus! Great taste and easy application. Looks great on our kitchen worktop. I've been using Ikea coffee presses for years and they work great, but I really wish I had a strainer in the lid. This is the best I've found. I especially like the 5 cups / 20 oz. the size I bought. The bracket is thin metal and can bend, but I don't think that should be a problem in normal use. The glass appears to be of good quality and is easy to remove from the frame for cleaning.
