In general I like it! I bought it to wax myself for the first time. I'm a fairly experienced student; I also watched some YouTube videos and while I was doing that my sister was on the phone. It seems to me that I did everything right, but the wax didn't grab and pull out the hairs well enough. Excellent heating pad, I will try to buy other beads.

I am a licensed beautician and need an extra waxing machine for my set. I was pleased with the amount of consumables included in the kit including wax and applicators, but when I first set it up for use the entire heating pad melted in just 10 minutes after warming up! (Shown in the attached photos.) I followed the directions exactly as they are written in the manual. Strongly disappointed. I do not recommend this to anyone, amateur or professional.

I loved the look of this product, I put a metal container and balls in it and let it heat up but when I thought the temperature was set it never stayed at that temperature for example, I would set it to 175 and would look at it and all of a sudden it dropped to 143 or something. Even if I didn't touch it for a few minutes, it kept changing temperature and never stayed at the desired temperature (see video). I think my wax warmer is broken. Update: After I submitted my review and informed them of the missing items, they gave me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service! This is a wax kit but I only gave it two stars because it didn't have what it was supposed to have. I didn't have blue wax, just a pack of cream wax, no sticks, and I only had a jar of wax. I had to buy everything that wasn't there. I don't think a pack of wax and a pot alone is worth the price.
