If you're thinking of buying them to run, don't.

I really wanted this product to work. I'm a triathlete and currently running more than anything. I go through new wired headphones every 2-3 months. The aftershoes only lasted 2 runs before the volume automatically decreased. I'd have to stop, readjust the volume, start running again just to have the whole cycle start over. On my third run with them, I just wanted to trample them over and throw them in the trash. The problem is clearly the lack of insulation against water and sweat. If you're…

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best

Probably not for listening to music, though.

When the music has too much bass, you can really feel the vibration, but it's very intense and is close to the eardrum. It's not a very comfortable feeling for me. However, I like this headset and am considering upgrading to a better model. This headset is very comfortable. Sometimes I forget I was wearing them and have to check with my hand. I mainly use it for listening to e-books, YouTube, video conferencing and phone calls. It's comfortable and clear as long as you don't crank the volume up

Pros
  • Something about it

Использование мотоцикла и бегуна

Итак, я зарядил эти устройства 1 раз и использовал их для 3 разных пробежек (всего около 3 часов), а также каждое утро езжу на работу на мотоцикле, примерно 1 час катания в Day. 5 days plus approx. 1.5 hours of occasional film listening/watching. Still with the same charge. So the phone gives you a 10% warning, I didn't notice that to give you time BUT when it said "please charge" I had about 5 minutes to fully drain. For running - there's nothing better, I've tried so many different wired and…

Feels good, works great

Build quality and packaging is very good. There is also an image with a nice rubberized texture. I bought them because I needed a way to hear things as I walk down the street and still be able to hear what's going on around me. This seemed to work fine. Since this version appears small and light, the tension in the head does not feel very strong. If you press the pads in your head you will have a cool feeling of hearing the sound in your brain, but if you don't you will just feel like you have…

Save the package.

. because you will probably return this product. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't been so excited and threw the box away because these headphones are NOT $179. A little background - I've been using the Jaybird X2 with matching foam pads for about 3 years. The foam eventually fell apart and I decided it was time to try something new, so I chose Aftershokz Trekz after reading the rave reviews. So the good thing is that they are well made and durable for exercise. They stay in place and stand up to…

Outdoor Training HEADPHONES

If you don't like the wind noise while running or cycling and want to stay alert, these are the ONLY headphones on the market that will work for you. I've worked with the Sennheiser PMX 680 for many years and finally found an alternative to it. If you like the ergonomics of the PMX 680 and don't want to use in-ear headphones when running, then again this is for you. Gym, please just use the free earplugs provided. I guarantee the "dB reduction of outside noise" is light years better than…

Detailed review, TLDR; MARVELOUS!

I've been wearing them all day, every day for a week now, I only take them off to charge and sleep. If I had such a device with an extremely low form factor that could never lose a charge, I would definitely implant it under the skin. I am very impressed. This is the best purchase I've made in the last 12 months. I listen to podcasts all day and don't like wearing bulky headphones, nor do I like having hard objects in my ears. (Giggity) I also need to be able to hear colleagues etc. These…
