There are actually very few situations where these gloves would be particularly useful - it has to be cold enough to wear gloves at all, but warm enough that gloves, which offer very little wind protection, still keep your hands comfortable. 3.5 stars. I've only worn them once since I've had them because they have a strong formaldehyde/chemical smell that I have a hard time getting out. They've gone through two wash cycles and I'm going to wash my hands a few more times. They worked fine when I used them and I think the price was reasonable (I think I paid less than $10).
