AGPTEK Electric Intelligent Auto Off Inflatable Review

It may have worked for others but the mount would not attach to my SUP despite the troubleshooting options in the manual. Also, it took me over 10 minutes to inflate my board to just 12psi - all while holding the nozzle firmly in place (I might as well use my hand pump to scream out loud!). I wish I could come back, waste of money.

This awesome pump worked really well to blow up two of my SUPs. After inflating both of them it shut down due to excessive heat, but I do my part by living in Vegas and it was 115 when I inflated them in the desert in direct sunlight. The second time I used it I dwarfed the pump and it blew it up easily without overheating. This pump is a million times better than the hand pumps that come with paddle boards and I'm glad I bought it.

Tried to return, found that this is the same basic model for 1/2 SUP / inflatable water pumps on the market. Shop hard, you have to lean your full body weight against the adapter to connect and actually attach it to the SUP. It worked and worked fine as soon as I got it working/plugged in. At this price it would be great if they also had a power adapter. Not bad but found the same thing at Murdoch for $99 (only 1 adapter but also a battery connector).

Good for our SUP; However, driving directions require more information. When we first used it it didn't inflate the boards enough to stand on because we didn't realize that the inflation process has two parts with this pump. We were afraid the boards would explode when the pump started making a different noise, which we later found out as part 2 and some effort attaching the pump to the inflation boards.

How this thing gets 4+ stars I'm not sure, I'm pretty sure the elementary school science fair project will be more reliable than what I just paid $100 for. After a minute or two (about 2.5psi in my case) this thing goes from the sound of the air pump to the sound of the warship's steam engine and if you do what I do and turn it off when it starts making that sound it is it pretty well may not turn back on and instead just flickers and resets when you try to start it. So it worked. When I first used it it broke at 14psi. My paddleboard is rated at 15, which is what I discontinued it. It made a strange noise and the screen flashed. I tried testing it again and this time stopped working at 10psi. It only worked for me for 8 minutes. It shouldn't overheat when rated at 20psi. We recently bought two inflatable SUPs and while we already had an inexpensive battery powered pump it didn't have a PSI sensor which made it incredibly difficult to know when the paddleboard was ready. good to go We decided to buy this so that it can a) tell us the PSI and b) we can set the PSI to turn off at the recommended inflation point.
