Cables are thinner than expected, look thicker in the product photo, but work just fine. I use them for mechanical keyboards with detachable cables, they look much nicer with a braided cover and metal connectors. The strain relief is good and they have been very reliable for me so far. They are well packaged with a little cable management and I like these cables a lot more than the cheap standard mini USB cables I have used before.

It's getting harder and harder to find a mini-USB for data transfer and I had to replace the cable for a 3.5" WD external hard drive that I use for regular backup copies. I was pretty sure the old cable was USB 2.0, but this cable is definitely faster for data transfer than that. The USB A end has a white insert, which was normal for USB 1/1.1, but it's faster than that. The 6 foot length is good for a backup drive. The cable feels solid and well made.

Mini-USB connectors were introduced with USB 2.0 in April 2000 for use with smaller devices such as digital cameras, smartphones and tablet computers. They are obsolete and not used anymore, but I still use them to transfer data from non-phone cameras. They look and feel really well made and they really work. So they fit USB-A 2.0 ports, but you'd better get 3.0 models for faster data transfer and charging.

I like extra charging cables and cables. These are two packages and both are the same. Six feet long and also has little faux leather wraps/clips to tie up excess cord, which I really like because it's a good idea. They are designed for chargers and USB to USB Mini-B devices. Pro Tip: There are many different types, styles, shapes and sizes, so make sure the cables you choose are the right fit for your needs! :)

I recently found a device that still uses this type of connector and my old cable was in pretty bad shape. I found them and was happy with the result. The cables are well made and I'm a fan of braided cables anyway. They are long and gave me a lot of wiggle room. Nothing to complain about, the cables worked, looked good and connected to my devices with no problems.

I still have old electronics that require this type of cable for charging so thought I would get these pairs to replace my old broken cables. I like that these cables are braided unlike my other cables which have frayed ends. As long as you check your device's compatibility, you can't go wrong with it.
