Four stars only because I think this set is best for beginners. I have other brands that I like but when I saw this price I had to try it. It's not a bad price at all for what you get, the only things I used that weren't included were my lamp, primer and lubricant. Btw, I would use rubbing alcohol for this polygel (vodka works too) as it dries faster than regular lube, the polygel in this kit is very fluffy. Just received this set. It contains everything you need to create beautiful polygel nails. This is comparable to the sets I've bought for a lot more money. I can't wait to try it. I'm pretty sure it's a high quality set. The colors are great. And the brush is EVERYTHING!

For the price, it does the job. The worst thing is that the gel is so thick and sticky. Even when applied with isopropyl alcohol, the gel does not spread easily and evenly. This results in very uneven and bumpy nails that subsequently require much more filing and shaping than expected. Also the color descriptions are not even remotely true! The colors are transparent and a few shades lighter than shown in the seller's photo.

Update: I've been wearing a set for a few weeks, could have lasted longer! However, the white polygel (which is difficult with other brands) proved to be more difficult to fix, as expected, but also much less durable. I have 2 broken nails and I'm only on day 4. But knowing the white color is more difficult and the other one was so good I'm still happy with the purchase! I bought the gel polish starter set and this color set from the same company and I can say I am in seventh heaven at how easy it was for me to get a gel manicure to do at home! My mother arrived on Christmas Eve and I wanted to try one of the flowers from this set. She chose blue but as you can see the color is much lighter than advertised but still beautiful! Transparent colors. I went for a light pink (third from the right in the product image) and that's what it actually looks like. The only nail that had some color was one I accidentally made too thick. Believe it or not, this is NOT a clear gel! As I moved forward the gel got harder and harder to squeeze out of the tube to the point where I rolled up the tube and bit into it to squeeze the gel out. He was very tough. I would like to return this item!

Great Polygel Nail Set. I really love it! There is everything you need to do quality nails. You just need to get a simple case which is not included. The instructions in the kit make it easy to apply and create beautiful nails. This set has a wide range of colors and decent tubes that can be used to make many nail sets.
