Revitalize and Clean your Air with Air Care 16X20X1 Electrostatic Washable Air Filter Review

I like it. I do not like. I bought it because I was expecting something similar to what my mom has at home. They are much thinner and don't have the filling that is in them. They work well so I'm not complaining. You get dirty. I wash them with soapy water and water, let them dry and then put them back in. If I had to buy it again (I hope not) I would definitely go for the thinner mamas as they take less time to dry.

This durable filter fits my stove duct perfectly. There is less dust in the house if you install it in addition to cheap, low-degree disposable filters. Flow is also better than heavily filtered disposables that cut off airflow (which my heating and cooling experts also don't recommend). There seems to be a good balance between filtration and airflow. If there are problems cleaning the filter I will update my post.

So far this filter has worked very well. Can't say I've noticed anything different in the air quality (higher merv/good quality types) compared to previous disposable filters I've used and I think that's a good thing. I finally decided to try the reusable look to be a bit more eco-friendly and I'm happy so far. The only mistake I made was not buying 2 at a time.
