I've been looking for something like this for a long time. The AirHawk is similarly priced but they no longer use neoprene which lasts longer. They use polyurethane on theirs. Wild Ass still uses neoprene, but they're twice the price of these. I used it for both myself and my passenger for the first time last weekend and we both felt a huge difference. Of all the inflatable pillows on Amazon this is by far the best. Please note, however, that such a seat cushion changes the driving experience. As I got into mine, I noticed that I'd been lifted about an inch and a half, which required me to lean forward a bit to grab the handlebars.
