New natural oils do not smell like the original. You smell horribly! They smell musty or rancid like an old woman's smell, not the fresh, warm smell of the originals. The new natural messages are disgusting! I will never buy them again

Packaging was great! Each bottle of liquid fragrance was well packaged in individual holders, nothing spilled, broken or cracked. Smell (excellent in my view). I get headaches easily from very strong smells, and the smell of lavender is one of the few that doesn't give me a headache. When I come home it smells so clean and fresh. Getting 10 refills for the price is great value too. If you like the smell, I recommend buying it.

I have been using this fragrance for many years and always get good results.
