I tried it because they said it was pretty compared to other air drills. You were right, this thing is very quiet compared to others I've used or heard of in the past. This air drill, like all air drills I've used, has no torque, so you can't drill screws with this thing, but holes in metal seem fine, and some soft woods. The smaller the drill, the better on wood.
