Description of πŸ”Œ Tinned Tubular Terminal Connectors by AIRIC

β˜… These battery cable lugs terminals with heavy-duty construction improve high-temperature durability and closed design seals out the moisture, full anneal(HV60) to ensure the compression effect; high standard flared opening for easy wire insertion. β˜… These battery cable lugs are safe and reliable, great for distribution box, marine, golf carts, solar panels, home applications, etc. β˜… These battery cable lugs have all passed UL certification and are in compliance with ROHS directive standards. Meet DIN 46235 standards. Wire can be crimped or soldered to copper lugs, safer, design the fixed close-end structure with stub to ensure connection reliability. β˜… All the copper wire lugs terminals are made of T2 copper for maximum conductivity, with bright tin-plated surface for corrosion protection. β˜… Easy operation, AWG wire size, and stud size identification on the lug, enables universal use with one studs/screws to fix on equipments.

Thick as hell and good looking.

Crimping requires a lot of force. Don't buy them if you don't have a hydraulic crimping machine. They hold the wire with great strength and look great when you end up with heat shrink tubing.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Damaged

Perfect for terminal blocks

Excellent quality, perfect for MILAPEAK terminal blocks. 12 AWG silicone wire used. I would advise getting a ferrule crimper as regular pliers don't have enough force or special tips to crimp without that wire coming out. For their crimping, FRVIC uses VSR-16D.

Pros
  • Perfect for me
Cons

Exactly what I needed.

The lugs or "lugs" on this gauge are kind of incredibly hard to find. These are indeed 12-10 AWG terminals. Crimps perfectly on THHN 10 AWG wire. This is what I use to ground my solar generator, battery, panels, etc. A much cleaner connection compared to wrapping a wire around a screw.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Expandable

Quality at the highest level! for ring

One of the highest quality grommets I have ever used and they are tin plated copper so you don't have to worry about rusting. The metal is NOT super thin, you will definitely need a hydraulic crimping tool or one of the crimping hammers to attach it properly. You can't use a pair of wire strippers to crimp either of these things. A++++

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Perfection - Terminals

I've loosened the wires at the terminal in the past and they fit perfectly on the tiny terminal studs I've used on my latest builds. Carefully crimped with a budget tool and then used with heat shrink tubing for the first time to show off. It is possible that they put out 900 watts at times. Good price, quantity and quality for my latest build and more!

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Almost OK

Hands down the best tips I've ever bought online.

These are the highest quality cleats I have ever received. The photo shows the thickness. That's where I think it's 2.35mm. On another photo other 1.5mm thick studs of good quality. Their neck is very long, which provides sufficient crimping area and contact between the wire and the lug. Which is very important for high gain applications. In general, the bit delays I've received come from thousands over the years on the internet.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

For example $2-5 each is expensive! I used to be disappointed with cheap plugs but this is the real deal. Thick tinned copper (corrosion resistance near batteries compared to bare copper) with no gap at front of crimp (allows corrosive gases into crimp - bad), with UL listing on packaging. Note that you will need a hydraulic crimping tool to secure these! Crimping tools like pliers, even good ones, will not be up to the task. As it should be! Very happy to find this company. This saves me a lot

Pros
  • Inspire Confidence
Cons
  • Out of Fashion

Excellent customer service

Most importantly, you don't need a heavy crimping tool like a hydraulic block or double joint type like bolt cutters or even large pliers. These terminals aren't that thick, but rubbish, flimsy, cheap, nameless multifunctional crimping tools don't work, nobody should use them for anything, EVER. You only need a quality tool to crimp bare 10G connectors, such as: B. Klein 1019. 10G is a limitation for most tools, so 8G increases compressive strength requirements. HOWEVER, these terminals are not
