Due to the height of our cupboard shelves I actually have 2 containers on the side and so far nothing has spilled. They are attractive and the different sizes allow the units to be stacked for more efficient use of storage space. Most importantly, this is a common product if you have pain, weakness, or arm mobility issues. It doesn't require much effort to tighten or open the lid, just press to open or close.
