A shelf is broken, otherwise everything is fine. I would have given more stars but I didn't because of the broken shelf. I didn't return it because I had already picked it up when I noticed it. I was disappointed.

It's still disassembled on the floor in my living room. The instructions are terrible and I searched the internet for videos. They are not here. I'm so pissed. I will ask a friend for help or return everything together

The shelves are not long and strong enough to hold multiple bottles and they keep falling off. I wouldn't mind paying extra money to have a non-slip lining. The concept is really good, but the design could be a bit better (higher rails, anti-slip mechanism). At the moment I can only keep the bottles that my family doesn't use on a daily basis because they aren't DURABLE at all.

I bought this appliance to use as an extra shelf next to the small sink we have. During the assembly process I found that the tape that came with the block to wrap around the pipe leading to the next element was not enough to take up the sag and make the block stable. The manufacturing defect here is that the tube that goes into the other has been made too small. It must be very tight. Likewise; The "rubber" or "silicone" grommets installed on the rack for each of the adjustable shelves are not

This is fine and does the job, but the racks aren't strong enough to hold a couple of bottles keep. And have tried a few inclines but the bottles tend to fall off. Had to leave this in our guest bathroom which is little used.
