Great option of live assistance software

It is very good to use, it has so many options for different needs that you can choose from easily.And they have also made some customizations as per your need like we had customized our chat box design & colors according to user's preference which was really great! I don't think there are any cons in this tool but if anyone would be having problem with using then i suggest them try their support team because its free service provided by Ajaxworkspace&ltbr / If someone wants more customization…

Very good application used mainly within freelance and consulting space

I like that it is very simple to use, has all features needed for small businesses or freelancers at hand - no matter what your needs are there's something in this product which will fit them perfectly! Some additional functions could be added (like file sharing) but otherwise everything works as expected so far. The best thing about Ajaxworkspace would have been if we had some more templates available than just "blank" one with our logo/name etc., since you can't really make changes…

Pros
  • Very friendly customer service
  • All services provided work well enough even though interface seems outdated now compared other modern tools used nowadays.
  • No limitations regarding number users per instance allows usage from few employees working remotely into multiple remote locations under same account
  • Works fine across almost any browser including mobile versions too

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Using "Ajax Workspace " has been amazing and helped me manage my remote employees better

I like that it is very simple to use, you can have multiple users in one place at once without any issues or problems with lag time etc., which makes teamwork easier for everyone involved! It's also great because we are able to access our files from anywhere as long as there internet connection allows us too (which isn't always possible). The only thing i dislike about this software would be if they had more features than what was already available but other then that everything seems perfect…
