Love the cable and the concept. However, you have to put it in your phone so that it can be charged if your phone has a case. Then it will eventually come out. My phone has an Otter Box case. Needless to say, I won't take it off every time I need to charge my phone.

I used to have their old model - it lasted a long time and was compatible with my fast charge but both cables eventually stopped working because. They were bent near the charging port. I LOVE this new model because (if you look at the pictures) there is no bending of the wire at the connector. And it's a lot longer too. Since the old ones lasted a long time, I hope that these will also last a long time.

The charging platform does not fit in the phone. In other words, the piece of metal that actually connects to the phone isn't long enough to stay attached to a full-size phone case. I gave it 3 stars because it would probably work just fine if I took my phone out of the case every time. I've used this type of cable before and it worked great. I think I'll try another manufacturer.

I didn't realize I only have 30 days/1 month to return the item. Unfortunately I thought it was exactly the same as the 10ft I previously bought and I really like it. I wanted a shorter one for another room. When I got stuck on the color I wanted I wasn't smart enough to realize that both ends were too small and therefore didn't go with absolutely anything I had. I think it's a good lesson to be doubly sure of what you're getting. I didn't even know they made products with two smaller connector
