Some of the reviews I've read about chair tilt. AFTER I already bought it. Right out of the box it was basically pre-assembled. we didn't have to do much. With due diligence, the first thing we checked was if it was too heavy and would it tip over? We are not. My son is very happy with this chair. I sit in my chair 16 hours a day, do DevOps and am an avid gamer. This chair is fantastic. I was able to put it together in less than 20 minutes and it comes mostly assembled. I like to sit cross-legged, and while I'm not a big guy, this tall and tall chair is the perfect wide seat to sit any way you like. The chair itself is very comfortable. The top half of the chair is amazing even though I've only been using it for a day. I've only had the chair a day and the rocking mechanism is already failing. I cannot lock the mechanism without locking it in a different position. The base also looks very cheap. Luckily I was able to take the base from my old DxRacer and the chair is much stronger.
