The shelf is relatively easy to assemble. However, the holes for the shelf brackets don't line up, so the shelves tend to wobble, and overall the shelf isn't as stable as I would like. I don't hate it but I wouldn't buy it again

I bought 3 and made a little library in my solarium. They are very well made and the shelves are fully adjustable. My husband put it together and said the instructions are clear but it takes a while and works best when you have help at certain points. I've spent more on these shelves than I have in the past, but I'm fed up with the stuff. In my opinion they are worth the money spent.

The bookcase was fairly easy to assemble. However, there were significant gaps between some parts and several holes were already ground so the bolts were not tightened. Also, the shelves were too long and didn't fit the shelf brackets. No violence would make them conform. When I disassembled the bookcase to send it back, I noticed that the wooden pegs had split the holes they went in. It was also difficult for them to get in.
