The product doesn't work for me

The tablet does not accept a SIM card. I bought a kit, I have a customization service and people keep saying a sim is missing. Tried all three sims that come with the kit. Straight Talk even tried to help but still no sim.

It worked! Metro SIM card required, I called Metro to activate it and boom!

Works! My son's Alcatel Joy tablet broke and I ordered a replacement. When it arrived I charged it up and put in an old Metro sim card from a broken tablet with a metal chip in the same direction as the screen (slot on the side). It was set to Spanish, I clicked the arrow next to Language and clicked English. I then called Metro and they helped me activate it, I restarted it and Boooom! Now it works! Don't buy this if you can't afford an iPhone!

For mobile hotspot use only. Some crazy engineer in China thinks he can/should reset all (activated) phones for himself!

The item was good, I'll recommend it to my friends.

I took it for everyday tasks, 2-3 hours in the evening, after work, to watch sports reviews, instant messengers, mail. I don't play games. For everything else - performance "for the eyes." Doesn't heat up, doesn't slow down. Eyes do not get tired (I use 35% brightness from the maximum). It is possible to remove unwanted content. With the price of the device from 6 to 7k - definitely, I advise you to buy. At this price in early 2022, it will not be easy to find a worthy competitor. At a price of

  • Promotion price 6.7k at the beginning of January 2022. Normal screen with good viewing angles. The assembly and materials are at a decent level (no creaks, no backlash, no foreign smells). SIM card slot (4G communication module) and memory card. USB-C port.
Cons
  • Long charging with a battery capacity of only 4000 mAh. Lack of original cases for sale. Of the sensors, only the accelerometer.
