NO TRAVEL. This makes it very difficult for a beginner like me to figure out how to use them. I gave them three stars because they are thick and appear to be of good quality. I love the thick material and how durable they feel. However, I can't figure out how to compress them. I've tried various things and can't get them to work.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Low maintainability

Storage bags in storage and organization

Good capacity, holds some air but swells up again after a few days. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't seal it properly. Still good for storing clothes and blankets for the off-season. When sealed and flattened first, it's easier to squeeze into tight storage spaces. I have my thick blanket and last summer's dresses in a pair of these, they're swollen again but that's not a problem for me as I've tucked them high up on the top shelf in my closet where they can't get in the way.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
  • Expensive

They advertised them as "NO PUMPS". I thought we could use the vacuum if we wanted, but we don't need it. However, this is not the case. You CANNOT use a vacuum. These bags do not have vacuum ports. You just push it with your hands, sit on it, kneel on it, etc. It takes more work than a vacuum cleaner and you don't get as much air as a vacuum cleaner either. It's available, they work. But next time I'll go back to vacuum bags. 4 stars.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Zero

Great for people who have a large stash of blankets

I have a very large stash of blankets at home. Therefore, the need for compressed bags is an absolute necessity. In one of these pockets I managed to fit a full size blanket. I think if I just tried hard enough I could fit a king sized blanket in one of those pockets too. What I didn't like about the bags was that they talked about vacuum bags, which I thought meant you could use a vacuum to suck out as much air as possible. But it doesn't, or at least I haven't figured out how to use a real…

Working but not as pictured

This is a sturdy double zipped bag. There are two pieces of plastic inside each bag to make the seal airtight. There are no instructions but based on the pictures on the Revain website I'm assuming you should use this piece to partially seal the zipper. Then when you press on the duvet or whatever you have in your bag, the air escapes through the seal. Finally, use a piece of plastic to create an airtight seal. I'm not clear on how to do a partial seal. I tried sealing only the outer lock. But…

  • A dream come true
