An absolute disappointment from a premium brand.

Well I got my computer, unpacked, started it up and it was great. Downloaded some required programs and waited to try. After a few minutes of playing, the computer froze and restarted. performed self-diagnosis. Something is wrong with the fans. go through repairs. Everything was in order. game started. Same thing, except this time it kept restarting and freezing by itself. Finally called Dell Support. It was quick and the guy was helpful but after 2+ hours he couldn't fix it. Raven called. They

Dark Horse machine is the best of the towers

This machine is to die for. Plays Cyberpunk 2077 like a dream with the right settings and Modern Warfarr is just great. Edited 4k with no problems. I replaced the top exhaust fan and front fan with much quieter Corsair fans and the noise issue was resolved. Very happy with the machine and performance. In a year I will be trying to upgrade to an RTX 3070 and PSU but for the money this machine is just a steal. Take it while you have it.

That's good, but there are a few things to keep in mind

The computer is good for gaming, but there are some disadvantages. Don't buy this if you want to keep the stock CPU fan. A standard fan is not enough to cool the processor. I replaced it with h60. The 5700xt 8gb graphics card is by no means bad, but AMD hasn't spared this card when it comes to driver updates. Due to the design of the case, maintaining good airflow can also be a challenge. The body is very compact. The pivoting PSU mount is cool, but it also limits what you can put in the case…

still impressed! In the way they try to make it right

Well it sucks, worked 4 days and is shutting down now. Excellent technical support to say the least. Already sent a technician to our condo in Vermont, yes, to our condo! He brought the motherboard, graphics cards and tried his support. Bad luck, wants to come now. His advice was to return it for a new one. He says he has never experienced this problem. They think the motherboard they sent was defective! So now they send someone else with a new board or something. We'll keep you up to date…

Cons
  • It's ok

First, I haven't owned this thing long enough to test a PC. Well educated. 2 strips of 8 GB each, the rest corresponds to the description. All mods from the options you get when you order them from the manufacturer. I used Revain for a small discount. My Remote Star is simple: surprisingly easy to use. It doesn't look like Alienware at all. It looks like a trash can with a tiny logo on it. It's like copying an apple. It's essentially an XPS with a slightly different logo. I'm old enough to…

Great gaming computer

TLDR: You get a good product that does exactly what it says it does and does everything it promises. The groaning fan noise is the biggest and probably worst flaw of a great system. In general I am satisfied with the computer. It's a powerful machine that's easy to upgrade and looks good, and includes technologies like PCIe 4.0 for a little future check. If you can tolerate some design flaws, this is a great system. If you're looking for perfection, which we know is very rare in products, this…

  • Little things

Worked with DELL support on fan noise which is said to be normal. Fans at 53% running at medium load were so busy that the wife could hear it from across the house. After DELL didn't replace the fans with lower dBA fans, I decided to return this PC. However, I wanted to play a few of my games to see if it's worth using different hardware on a different computer. The RX 5700 XT GPU was found to have serious stuttering issues that AMD hasn't addressed. Alienware was a great source for gaming…
