Somewhat disappointing, for the brand and price of this mouse there is hardly enough customization, there are many mice cheaper and with more options.

the mouse works great. However, I haven't noticed a performance difference between this mouse and any other mouse I've bought at half price in the past. It was very expensive for a standard mouse, hence 4 stars for the high price.

I already have an Alienware desktop so it made sense for compatibility with the Alienware Command Center. Is it possible to buy a similar mouse for half the price? Probably. Does this one look incredibly cool and fun to use? Absolutely.

Mouse shows two colors no matter what, I follow all the instructions the support gives me and it still doesn't solve the problem, I think it's buggy and the support -Team offers me a pomo for $15. In my opinion, this is an insult, a very sad experience. I have never sent anything back, but this time I will go through the return procedure

I had a cheaper Razed Mamba Wireless before, bought it and the Mamba Wireless triggered immediately when pressed, this one had a significant delay. If you are looking for a truly useful gaming mouse, go for the Death Adder Pro v2. I bought it after returning this one and it's been incredibly better hoping it will last. For general users, this is a good mouse, but if you have medium or large hands, you won't like it.
