Basically very glad I ordered them. I also ordered round shapes because I couldn't decide which ones I would use the most. At the moment, I'm leaning toward round pans because they're deeper and a little beefier, and because the textured surface of round pans (as opposed to the polished surfaces of oval pans) is easier to keep clean and look new.
