Allegra Women's Checkered Dress with Collar and Sleeves - Fashionable Women's Clothing Review

This is a bit disappointing as I always expected the Allegra K to be my perfect XS size. This is my third dress from this brand. It's a bit odd that it's so loose in the chest area I'm confused if it's not an XS, mistakenly marked as XS, but is it an S? It's just too big in the chest and waist area!

I'm 5'11 and it feels a bit big to me, but it comes in handy if you're worried about your stomach or buttocks being overdeveloped. It's also a bit short, which is surprising for someone my short like me, but I have a fairly defined butt, so it feels right. The fabric is nice and soft, but creases easily, so wash and hang up straight away.

I was very dissatisfied with the dress I received. The checkerboard pattern didn't match at all, like they didn't even try to align it. I was so disgusted because what I really wanted was a pretty little plaid dress with a Peter Pan collar, but it wasn't. On the other hand, I found the X-Small sizing to fit me, but that was the only thing good about this dress. I was so totally disappointed in this dress.

This dress had a hole in the waist seam. Threads dangled from the sleeve. The hem was uneven. However, my daughter liked it so much that she didn't want to return it. Super cute style and fit was exactly as expected. Looks great with a black belt and boots. While the belt covers the hole until I fix it. We're disappointed that the company doesn't test the product better, as other reviewers have mentioned holes or crooked edges.

I didn't like the material. It felt very cheap, like a cheap kid Halloween costume. When it arrived it was also very wrinkled I think due to the nature of the material. It was very difficult for me to put it on my chest. I usually wear a medium size with everything but for security reasons I ordered a large so I was surprised I had such a hard time getting it on my chest. The shape was once flattering, but the material fell uncomfortably. All in all it didn't work for me.

I am so happy with this purchase. I recently gained weight and wasn't sure what size to go for as most of the weight was on my stomach and arms. Chest 40 inches, Waist 38 inches, Hips 46 inches. I bought a large and it fits PERFECTLY. This dress is so light, airy and so comfortable. The material seems a bit cheap so I'll hang it dry when I wash it. I am very happy with this purchase. I will buy more from this brand again!

I bought two of these. Once medium and once large once I've gained some weight. The product basically fell apart after two washes, so I was a bit hesitant to buy it again, but it's so cute and classy that I decided to give it another try. The big one was made with better quality or maybe more seam allowance so it's still intact. The only thing I don't really like about this dress is that the collar opening is quite wide and has a bit of a gape. I'm 5'4, 175 pounds, ordered a large.
