We are currently using their services for our office's lease. Their support team is very helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist us with any concerns that we may have. They do not charge us anything extra (such as an annual fee) for their services. I think they could possibly be more flexible when it comes to processing leases. The way they go about business is transparent and they don't cut you a deal after the fact. They also are willing to work with you on your needs, they have to compete in a difficult market and they make wise choices. The main thing I like about Allegretto is they have excellent customer-service. They are really understanding of our business needs and always willing to help us with any issues we may have. We use their funding process as a way to get capital when needed without having to go through banks or other traditional lenders.
