The way they go about business is transparent and they don't cut you a deal after the fact. They also are willing to work with you on your needs, they have to compete in a difficult market and they make wise choices. They have been with me for nearly four years and have never taken advantage of me. At a time after my son was killed in a tragic car accident, they went above and beyond all expectations and truly cared about our family. They are always there for us. I can't list too many positive things about Allegretto, they just do good business. Be open and honest with them up front. I believe they have a very good system for the type of client they attract. We are a church that serves the homeless. We get many people coming from out-of-town and don't have a way to give them shelter. They would stay with us while they looked for housing, but it was taking so long for them to get into housing. We hired Allegretto to set them up with temporary apartments. They have been providing us with a sense of security and have always been helpful and have made themselves available to us. The team is extremely knowledgeable about their industry which makes them great at finding funding sources that fit our clients' budgets! I have yet to find anything i dislike or would change from my experience with this organization so far.- Very professional- Always willing/able to help even when you don't need it (which we do)- Flexible schedules (flexibility can sometimes be hard) - Good communication skills.
