So a great idea but not very well executed. Putting this thing on is not an easy task, especially when it's dark and you're in the woods. When you receive it, put it on comfortably and in the warmth of your home! Then take a marker and mark it on the LEFT and RIGHT on the front of the shoulder pads. The concept is a good idea. However, the quality of this item is very poor. When I opened the package, the clasps didn't work at all. The tabs that should have clicked were bent and didn't stretch when inserted into the receiver. After some work I snapped them into place. I was over the weekend and caught a big deer.
