Junk - broke on first use.

I've been using these belts for years. My son was growing up so he borrowed my old trusty ones. So I bought this trailer so we could have a second one. Now I don't expect it to be platinum. However, I expect I can use it at least once without it breaking. I dragged the black-tailed deer about 50 yards down the hill along the old grassy road. The first time I actually leaned forward and started pulling, the D-ring broke and ripped my shirt! This is a cheap trailer. I understand. But it's…

Ok once you know if it's for you

So a great idea but not very well executed. Putting this thing on is not an easy task, especially when it's dark and you're in the woods. When you receive it, put it on comfortably and in the warmth of your home! Then take a marker and mark it on the LEFT and RIGHT on the front of the shoulder pads. I found it easiest to put on if you do the shoulder straps FIRST. Three comments: 1. If you're dragging a really big deer, I'm not sure it will last. Seems a bit thin. I've never pulled anything…

This junk is climbing

The concept is a good idea. However, the quality of this item is very poor. When I opened the package, the clasps didn't work at all. The tabs that should have clicked were bent and didn't stretch when inserted into the receiver. After some work I snapped them into place. I was over the weekend and caught a big deer. Rope attached to the deer's neck as shown on the packaging, the other end attached to the D-ring on the harness and put the harness on (I would have preferred it to be about 60cm…
