This junk is climbing

The concept is a good idea. However, the quality of this item is very poor. When I opened the package, the clasps didn't work at all. The tabs that should have clicked were bent and didn't stretch when inserted into the receiver. After some work I snapped them into place. I was over the weekend and caught a big deer. Rope attached to the deer's neck as shown on the packaging, the other end attached to the D-ring on the harness and put the harness on (I would have preferred it to be about 60cm longer, I basically had to kneel to put on a harness ). Immediately, the bars began to stretch under the weight of the deer that was pulling them. I held her with my hands as I pulled harder. After about 5 feet of pulling, the rope was seated with a click. It didn't come open, it broke about 6 inches from the end that attached to the D-ring. n tourniquet. I tied the rope back to the harness to try again. This time I held the waist belt with one hand to hold it together and pulled on the rope with the other hand to act as a sort of shock absorber for the rope. After about 10 feet, the rope wrapped around the deer's neck again. I ended up pulling the deer out by hand, which anyone who has done this before knows is a difficult and tedious process. This product did not work for me at all and I do not recommend it to anyone.
