Exquisite Allgala Wooden Wine Bottle Box: Vintage Antique Finish for Elegance Review

First, the shutter is poorly designed. The box is difficult to lock as it takes several tries to get the latch in the hole. Despite this, the box is carried by the handle at the top, and the only thing that prevents the lid of the box from opening is the latch. It's just not safe. Second, there are pieces of wood in the box that are meant to surround the neck of the wine bottle. They are very thin and easily break in half; very similar to the thinness of a rice cracker.

I was actually given this as an antique to use with the game. I saw someone doing this online and I wanted to do it too. It looked very cool. I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I received this. Looks great but very cheaply made. I wouldn't put bottle winnings in it (for its intended purpose) - I wonder how long the lock will last. I love this box, it's a nice accent on my coffee table. I bought this to keep my medicine dispensers out of sight but not out of reach or out of my head and I was happy that the little stabilizing pieces of wood slide out so I don't have to try to break them or cut them out so I can use the whole box. Very strong and to my delight not smelly like the boxes you sell in craft stores now (the smell of these boxes does not go away and it makes me physically ill due to its chemical composition. I am
