The pillow itself is comfortable but I paid $52 for 1 pillow. Customer service will not send me another pillow or reimburse me for the inconvenience. I can't return the pillow now that it's open so I just spent $52 on a pillow. so funny.

The idea of buying these pillows came to me after staying at the hotel where they were staying. I slept best this weekend. Bought these pillows on Monday. They came, I slept on them, and they are less firm than hotel pillows but still comfortable to sleep on, but I wish they were firmer.

I had severe pain in my shoulders and neck. When we were relaxing on the beach the condo had these pillows and in just a week I felt a difference in my sleep. As soon as I got home I found them online and bought them. You are really fantastic! They are soft, snuggly, soft, huge, just great for any sleeping position. I use one for my head and the other for resting my arms/hands. The best pillows I've ever had!

I was looking for pillows to replace my alternative Charisma king size down pillows (from Costco) which I really liked but wore out after many years . Unfortunately, since they are no longer sold, I had to look around for new ones. After trying about 5 different pillows I was so happy I finally found them. They are perfect for stomach sleepers. They need to be "fluffed up" from time to time, but other than that they're great! They use "Comforel" fibers.
