    Best temperature for spare parts

    Installed it and for some reason it started overheating. I'm wondering if the 19 lb cap is too tight to put the 13 lb cap on it and see what does that do, does anyone have this problem, replaced the cover with the original ones and the jeep front on lifted the rear straps, ran them to let all the air out, now it works fine

    works harder for Radiator

    2003 Jeep TJ Automatic Transmission. Fits just right. It works as I intended and set the thermostat to 180f. Adjusting the idle and slow creep to the suggested plate range with aftercooler for my transmission. Heat kills gears in these latest TJ-Rig chassis coolers for track use in warm to hot climates.

    I ordered a cooler instead of my own cooler which was leaking. Worked for a couple of weeks and started leaking. Contacted seller and he sent a replacement after showing evidence of a leak. The heatsink and shroud don't fit in every hole, but I was able to screw the shroud on securely with 2 or 3 screws/bolts on each side that matched.     Starts leaking right away, stay away

    I installed this on my 98 TJ Wrangler. Installation was easy, 10 screws and a couple of clips to take everything off. Then problems arose. Reinstalling the fan shroud was difficult because the fasteners did not match. The thread that you screw the fan shroud into to connect it to the heatsink started spinning on the bracket and slipped out. Finally, a few minutes after plugging in and warming up the car, the radiator started leaking somewhere below. The hose has no breaks and in the photos you…
