Ally TMS is smart freight management and collaboration platform, enabling brokers, shippers, carriers, agents and other stakeholders collaborate on a freight.
The software was easy to use with my team of 5 people in just 6 months! As we are an all-inclusive broker we can have our clients or customers see their invoices directly from tms without going through us first which really helps boost efficiency & reduce costs. This system also has great analytics so that everyone gets reports as needed about who needs more shipments handled by them etc.
I would recommend this for any brokerage looking at improving there processes/reducing cost but not havingβ¦

Very little technical support required once initial configuration completed upon installation compared most proprietary systems requiring constant tech assistance
I like that it has all of my favorite features in one place! It's easy to navigate through when you're trying to figure out what your next step should be or how to use different parts of the software. There are some things I wish could have been improved upon but not so much as to lose their usefulness.
The customer service team at Ally has really helped me understand where they want this product to go and how we can help them get there. We've seen an increase in our business since implementing
