The software was easy to use with my team of 5 people in just 6 months! As we are an all-inclusive broker we can have our clients or customers see their invoices directly from tms without going through us first which really helps boost efficiency & reduce costs. This system also has great analytics so that everyone gets reports as needed about who needs more shipments handled by them etc. I would recommend this for any brokerage looking at improving there processes/reducing cost but not having much experience using it myself i cant say if they will be able to implement easily into your current process flow. We were unable to track shipment movement (for both domestic and international) until after delivery had passed away when trying to get payment received back to customer before shipping out again - very frustrating because no one else seemed to find anything wrong either.
