They are perfect for my application. Old automatic light without reflector, needs a lot of red light. Take out the old headlights, put in the new ones, done. Works perfectly. No need for an explosion, blah blah, they worked.

I have bought both the red and amber versions of these dual filament lamps and am very happy with them. My machine is still in the design phase, so I spent a few hours "cauterizing" and doing advanced firmware testing of both kits. No problems noticed!

Bought these to install trailer brake lights and running lights. I tested them to make sure they work and are crisp. I can also tell the difference between lows and highs. I went with the red because a reviewer was upset that they show up better with red lenses. We'll see when I install them.

Brightness can be 50% compared to incandescent Not safe for car brakes/turn signals in my opinion (particularly during the day). Sent back for a refund. Look for other 1157-style LEDs that are at least as bright as incandescent bulbs. I am extremely disappointed.

Lamps work great when in contact with the socket. I removed the regular incandescent bulbs and replaced them with new LED bulbs and they didn't work until I pushed them to make contact. I've found that the pins on LED bulbs are much shorter. I used my soldering iron to add solder to the pins and now they work perfectly. To stay updated.

They're easy to install, bright enough, but burned out within 100 yards of my house (both boxed). The specs are the same, both bulbs have a hazy discoloration on the top of the top glass and the top LED inside appears to be melted/burned out. The headlight bulbs from these guys seem fine, but the high beams don't get much brighter unless I hold the hi/low button in overtake mode. (Agility mopeds/scooters).

They are very bright and easily replace old tail light bulbs. Obviously they don't do anything to improve the durability of old or vintage taillight assemblies, but the bulbs are great. My trailer doesn't have very good suspension I guess and regular lightbulbs often break filaments. I hope it gets better with these LED bulbs. I've only had them one season so far and so far so good.

I bought two of these for the front turn signals on my Harley Low Rider. The original bulbs were easy to insert and remove from the socket. It's not like this. One of the lamps appeared with a little extra effort and a twist. The other one won't until I remove some of the metal around the base so it goes deep enough to rotate and snap into place. The sizing is a bit off and with one fitting and the other not I would say the quality control is not what it should be. They work if you can type…
