Besides the new leather smell being a bit weird it does fade over time and this bag is just awesome! And it's so unique that the zipper opens on the back of the bag instead of the front. And the small pockets all over the bag are very convenient. All in all a great price, good size and a great bag to fit everything you have.

I used this backpack for about 30 days - it was perfect until the straps that go over your shoulders fell apart...can I fix it, yes if one was reinforced by the manufacturer for sure. will i fix it? Yes because it's light, roomy and a nice purse/backpack that has almost everything you need but be careful and look at the straps... I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone but look look at the straps...

a decent bag with a main compartment that zips up on the "back" to keep pickpockets from gaining access to the more important stuff you put in that compartment. Sure they can access the outside pockets, but all you really need are essential items like tissues, mints, etc. My main issue with this pocket is the weird smell. Everything turned out that way, and even after a whole week of traveling around Europe (it rained almost every day), the smell still lingers. What's that smell?!

I would like to write a better review. I hoped the smell was temporary. I've tried different things to reduce the smell. Actually I'm still trying. The smell isn't as strong as the first time, but it still smells awful. I wish I could send it back. Without the smell, this bag would have gotten 5 stars.

Bought this bag in 2019. I liked it because of the different pockets. Mine is getting old so I decided to buy another one. It arrived today and I found it's not the same. The lining in my 2019 model was fabric; it's vinyl. This makes you feel cheap. Although I could handle it. What I can't stand is that the front pocket on the new one is 1/3 the size of a 2019 bag! It used to be so spacious. This one is so small! I want the 2019 version!
