Dry & Safe: The Best Motorcycle Jacket!

My analysis of this jacket showed that it is one of the best options in the motorcycle protective gear category. The jacket features Alpinestars' patented Drystar technology, making it the perfect option for wet or rainy conditions. It is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent protection with CE-certified armor on the elbows and shoulders .The only con is that it doesn`t come with a thermal lining for colder weather. Overall a great investment for any automotive adventurer..

Pros
  • Waterproof and breathable thanks to the Drystar technology which keeps you dry and comfortable while riding
Cons
  • Requires a significant investment compared to non-waterproof options in the market

Turns out about one size smaller than usual.

I usually wear XL but went XXL for the Andes V3 jacket and it fits great. Unsurpassed protection from rain and cold! A little warm for summer rides, even without insulation, but not unbearable. I have paired them with the 4XL Andes V3 Drystar pants and they are great for a 4 season ride here in Tennessee. I've ridden up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit with this suit and the cold hasn't penetrated even after a couple of hours. I've also been in a few storms and the Drystar membrane of the Andes V3…

Pros
  • Offers 100% waterproofing and superior breathability even in difficult riding conditions.
Cons
  • Low repairability
